Repair Café by the Institute for Community Sustainability Saturday, April 5, 2 to 4pm, Cherry HIll Village Mall Repair Café is a global movement to reduce waste and build skills and community. During this two-hour event, handy volunteers help repair your household items – lamps, curling irons, coffee makers, purses, chairs, etc. – free! Don’t toss it – bring it to Repair Café and learn how to fix it yourself! Nearly three quarters (73%) of all broken items brought to London Repair Café get fixed! The museum will also be featuring some of the work of London- based poster artist Johny Pham. $5 admission includes the presentation, viewing the vintage collection of detective/crime lobby cards and modern movie posters, engagement with film artifacts as well as some fun participation prizes! Maple Heritage Festival: March 15, 10 am – 4 pm Celebrate the sweet season with live demonstrations and family- friendly activities as the museum explores maple traditions with Western and Indigenous perspectives on sap collection, maple sugar production, and its cultural significance. $10 – Per Group (3 to 5 people), $5 – Individuals $8 – Pre-Registered Groups (3 to 5 people).
