Ensure that resources, including staff, time and finances are used efficiently to maximise impact. Deliver timely and accurate reports to the CEO and Board. – Actively pursue funding opportunities and develop relationships with external partners to secure financial support, where appropriate. – Lead the transformation of conservation practices on the estate, driving continuous improvement in efficiency, environmental impact and operational processes. – Ensure the continued effective management of key habitats, maintaining their ecological integrity and resilience. Regularly assess habitat condition and implement adaptive management strategies to address evolving challenges. – Establish a comprehensive system for monitoring and evaluating the Division’s activities and initiatives, ensuring ongoing compliance with all appropriate
Stakeholder and Community Engagement – Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government bodies, environmental organisations, local communities, external providers and partners, ensuring the estate is a responsible and respected member of the rural community – Work with ecologists, conservation organisations and local authorities to monitor and report on biodiversity and ecosystem health. – Work with agricultural tenants to implement sustainable practices. – Represent The Lulworth Estate at industry events, and public events to share best practices and promote the estate’s environmental initiatives.
