WHAT IS THE CAMP’S MISSION AND PHILOSOPHY? To share the magic of aerial dance and fulfill dreams of flying. Campers build strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination, and practice teamwork, safe risk taking skills, creativity, and improvisation. WHAT SAFETY MEASURES ARE IN PLACE? Aerial camps utilize mats under every apparatus, and students are taught in a progression starting low to the ground to ensure safety as skills are learned. WHAT IS THE CAMPER-TO- COUNSELOR RATIO? 6 campers to 1 instructor for ages 5-7. 7 campers to 1 instructor for ages 8-17. 8 campers to 1 instructor for higher level camps. HOW ARE STAFF MEMBERS SCREENED AND TRAINED? Staff members are trained professional aerial instructors who also teach weekly classes during the school year. IS THERE A DAILY SCHEDULE, AND CAN YOU PROVIDE AN EXAMPLE? Daily schedule includes aerial technique classes on trapeze, aerial fabric, and sling, games, lunch, outdoor playtime, creative movement, and performance creation.

ARE THERE OPPORTUNITIES FOR FREE PLAY OR DOWNTIME? Yes. Campers enjoy free time on aerial apparatus as well as outdoor playtime with props such as hula hoops, juggling scarves and more. HOW DOES THE CAMP HANDLE HEALTH ISSUES AND ALLERGIES? Parents provide allergy and emergency contact information at the beginning of camp. Each studio is equipped with a first aid kit. ARE THERE OPPORTUNITIES FOR PARENTS TO VISIT OR PARTICIPATE IN CAMP ACTIVITIES? Each camp culminates in an informal performance for family and friends! Parents are invited to see the performance, created by campers and instructors, each Friday of camp.
