By integrating ourselves into the rhythms of nature and its seasons, we can absorb the medicine it provides. We also experience the cycles and seasons from within as a mirror of our inner landscape. The Earth, after patiently waiting to show her newfound radiance, reimagines herself back to life during the spring. We often experience these same sentiments as the season approach- es. Sometimes, this can look like a new path unfolding, new insight into self, or even a new way of seeing the world. Subtle shifts in these perceptions are some- times all it takes to give yourself permission to transform. Spring reminds us life is not stagnant but ever-changing and con- stantly expanding.
