SPRING 2025 HOURS OF OPERATION Spring Opening: Friday, 4 April through Sunday, 15 June Friday - 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM Mark Your Calendars and Plan Ahead It’s a new year with lots of wonderful events planned, to assist members, below is a list of our signature programs and events through September 2025. As with all ANCC Clubhouse events, registration will open approximately 4 weeks prior an event. Updates will be noted in the monthly newsletter, website and email blast so stay tuned. For program information visit the website or email Sheila.Chandler@ancc.org . 2025 Upcoming New & Signature Events and Programs: Friday, 7 March: One by Land & One by Sea Family Season Kick Off Saturday - 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM Sunday -11:00 AM to 6:00 PM Friday, 4 April: Rainbow City opens for the season Friday, 18 April: Spring Father Daughter Dance “You Give Me Butterflies” from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM Monday 9 June through Friday, 1 August: Mini Camp, Sports Camp and Mixed Media Art Camp Friday, 6 September: Mother Son Dance from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM
RAINBOW CITY Registration forms will be available starting 1 April 2025 Members must register prior to their first visit. Important Notes: Ages: 3 to 10 Children must be bathroom independent Three (3) hour limit per visit. Late fees will be charged at the hourly rate. Please reach out to the Rainbow City staff by calling ext. 1253 if you are running late to discuss Rainbow City is not a daycare facility and is not insured to provide extended childcare. Parents must remain on ANCC property while their child attends Rainbow City. If a nanny is acting as the Member’s agent, he/she must be registered with Member Services. Rainbow City supports selected Clubhouse events throughout the year (this may also include late winter events January - March). Supported Clubhouse events will advertise Rainbow City’s availability, cost and times in the ad and reservations will be required. No shows will be charged pe child. Season Passes and Coupons are for each child and billed at time of registration. Please choose most efficient plan based on your clubhouse usage as credits will not be issued. You may bring a NUT FREE snack for your child(ren) We are closed Thanksgiving weekend Reminder: Before & Aftercare for Full Day Campers Please sign-up for Before & Aftercare using the RC registration (2025-2026). Season Pass & Coupons are great fee options for multi week campers.
