Beyond his consulting work, Peek brings a diverse background that includes roles as a Sustainable Packag- ing Ambassador at Ubuntoo, co-founder of the People of Packaging Podcast, and course instructor at The Packag- ing School. FLAG’s Annual Meeting To Feature Member Panel On Efficiency, Sales Flexo Label Advantage Group (FLAG) has announced that during its 2025 Annual Meeting it will host the Power Up Your Efficiency & Sales panel discussion. Taking place on Wednesday, April 30, from 2:40–3:40 PM, this session will bring together industry leaders to share strategies for im- proving operational efficiency and driving sales growth. Facilitated by LPC’s Jackie Kuehlmann, the panel will fea- ture four FLAG members with experience in label converting and flexible packaging. These leaders will share real-world experiences, challenges, and strategies that attendees can apply immediately to strengthen their businesses. Panelists will include: Liz Pecha-Poelker, CEO, PrintFlex Graphics; Gavin Bence, VP of Operations, Tailored Label; Adam Sidrane, VP of Business Development, K. Sidrane; and Ryan Jackson, VP of Business Development, Colum- bine Label Company The FLAG Annual Meeting will take place in Overland Park, Kansas, April 29–May 1, 2025.

Drawing from his experience as former Senior Vice President of Sales at Meyers and his current role as found- er of Golden Rule Consulting, Peek will provide actionable insights for companies looking to stay competitive in a dy- namic market. “The flexo industry has incredible potential for innova- tion, but we often let our comfort with tradition hold us back,” said Peek. “My message is simple: embrace change or risk becoming obsolete.
