Board of Directors Election Make Your Voice Heard

March is election month at ORPS, and this year, two board positions are open. Three candidates are running for these seats. Ballots were mailed in mid - February to your ORPS address unless you requested delivery to an alternate location. We encourage all owners to participate in the election process and attend the Annual General Meeting on Monday, March 17, 2025 , at La Palma. Your involvement is crucial in shaping the future of our community. Pickleball Court Sound Mitigation Project We are pleased to announce that the contract for sound mitigation at the pickleball courts has been awarded. Work is set to begin in April and is expected to be completed before our seasonal residents return in the fall. This project is an important step in enhancing the experience for all members of our community. A Heartfelt Thank You to Our Volunteers Our 2024 - 25 season has been exceptional, thanks in large part to our dedicated volunteers. From organizing sporting events and entertainment to overseeing financial planning and community safety, their efforts have enriched every aspect of ORPS life. We extend our sincere appreciation for their hard work and commitment. Recognizing Our Outstanding Staff A special thank you to our ORPS staff, who continually go above and beyond to make our community a wonderful place to live and enjoy. Your dedication does not go unnoticed, and we appreciate all that you do to enhance the ORPS experience. Looking Ahead: Budget Planning for 2025 - 26 March will be a busy month as the newly elected Board and Finance Committee begin developing the 2025 - 26 budget . If you have suggestions or priorities you would like considered during the budgeting process, please reach out to the Board: boardofdirectors@orps.com . Your input is invaluable as we plan for the future of ORPS. We look forward to another exciting month at ORPS, filled with activities and opportunities for our residents and guests.
