The atmosphere of the actual space aligns with the “crisp and green idea” with modern finishes, an on-brand white and green color palette, large windows, and clean lines. Natural light pours into the restaurant with a glass garage door, which they utilize during the warmer months. “In the summer we open the garage door to reveal the patio with café lights, and that is open all season and brings the outdoor bright space into our store,” said Goldammer. Crisp & Green is also proud of the clean cooking line, which patrons approach near the entrance. Goldammer says their recipes are chef-inspired, and each team member is there to answer any questions and give recommendations. “It’s really a one-to-one straight conversation with the person who is creating your bowl and you can take care of everything right down to the dressing,” he described. “It is really a tailored experience.” While customers can build their own salads or grain bowls, Goldammer recommends trusting the experts and starting with a restaurant mainstay and customizing it from there.
