Grain bowls and salads are their best sellers, including the popular Fiesta Bowl . The Fiesta Bowl consists of brown rice, roasted chicken, avocado, napa cabbage, jalapeño, black beans, fajita peppers and onions, queso fresco, pepitas, roasted tomatillo salsa, lime squeeze, and jalapeño-lime vinaigrette. Another is The Bold & the Buffalo , which has brown rice, arugula, buffalo chicken, carrot, radicchio, white cheddar, roasted cauliflower, croutons, and Crisp & Green Ranch Dressing . “People will try The Bold & the Buffalo and never try another menu item because it’s their favorite,” said Goldammer. There are 12 featured salads at a time, and some rotate and/ or are seasonal. One popular constant is the Classic Caesar Salad with kale, romaine, roasted chicken, tomatoes, sunflower seeds, shaved parmesan, parmesan crisps, lemon squeeze, and classic caesar dressing. The Honey Spice & Everything Nice is a seasonal item that features spinach, arugula, radicchio, apples, parmesan, blackened chicken thigh, brussels sprouts, walnuts, and honey mustard dressing. Goldammer says customers also come in often for an acai bowl as a treat or for lunch. “It's a wonderful blend of fruit that is satisfying,” he described.
