FOOD + DRINK

Acai Bowls can be more fruit-based like the Two to Mango with acai sorbet, mango sorbet, banana, strawberries, pepitas, blueberries, and toasted coconut, or more of a sweet snack like the Give Me S’More with acai sorbet, banana, cashew butter, granola, cacao nibs, and vegan marshmallows. Smoothies are another healthy option and are a simple on-the- go snack or meal replacement. “Our smoothies range from green spinach-based smoothies to more fun ones with peanut butter or fruit, but they all have protein,” said Goldammer. They also are all gluten free, including the Purple Rain with banana, blueberries, strawberries, apple, and plain pea protein. A great time to try a smoothie or other menu items, says Goldammer, is during one of the free fitness events they host on

random Saturdays, featuring zumba, yoga, and more. “It’s awesome because they are free, so it’s a great way to connect with the community because who doesn’t want a free fitness class,” Goldammer continued, “and then it also gives people that have never had us a chance to come into our store to come in, see the space, and grab a healthy drink or bite when they’re done.” And even though it’s healthy, Goldammer says the constant feedback is that everything at Crisp & Green is “craveable.” He said, “You feel full when you leave and leave satisfied, and you have the energy to make it through the day.”
