The National Fenestration Awards (NFAs) are proud to announce that Building Our Skills will continue its sponsorship of the esteemed Training Company of the Year category for the 2025 awards. This ongoing partnership underscores Building Our Skills’ unwavering commitment to bridging the industry’s skills gap and promoting fenestration as a viable and rewarding career path. Established to recognize and celebrate excellence within the fenestration sector, the NFAs have become the industry’s fastest-growing and most inclusive awards event since their inception in 2013. The Training Company of the Year category specifically honours organizations that demonstrate exceptional dedication to training and developing talent within the industry.
