STRATEGIES • Expand the number of our family literacy center (Learning Center) locations. • Explore opportunities to provide additional affordable housing options for the community. • Weave partnerships into a network to address the housing, food and income instability of our patients and the community. • Identify resources to expand our health literacy and navigation programs. • Intensify our leadership role in teen and young adult health. • Develop a plan for construction of a building adjacent lot to Livestock Campus. • Promote legislation and policies to expand Medicaid, promote immigration reform, expand behavioral health services and ensure child well-being. STRATEGIES • Add traditional behavioral health services to our service array. • Create a pediatric dental surgical program at area facilities for our uninsured children. • Expand availability of specialty care including colonoscopies, mammograms and physical therapy for our uninsured patients. • Expand services for older adults. • Explore opportunities for additional health center locations in rural and urban areas. • Develop pharmacy delivery by mail and explore drive through options. • Amplify our behavioral health at Bryan and South High School. • Initiate new school based health centers. • Provide primary care through telehealth.

STRATEGIES • Embrace a global patient centered experience. • Establish platform for patient communication including appointment scheduling, registration, bill paying, texting and mobile applications. • Evolve technology for patient care coordination to improve population based care. • Performance improvement initiatives that enhance our rankings as a national health center access and quality leader. • Increase capacity and expertise in Value Based Care. • Institute platform for delivery of real time fiscal data for leaders. • Create new behavioral health baseline outcomes and improve performance.
