It’s easy to talk about the small stuff — weekend plans, the weather, what you’re watching on Netflix. Deeper conversations, about how someone is really doing? Those can be hard. This May, for Mental Health Awareness Month, challenge yourself to check in with at least one friend or important person in your life. Ask how they’re doing, really. Together, we can make it easy to talk about big stuff, one conversation at a time.
