The rooms are designed for anything from conference and business meetings to weddings hosting up to 500 guests. They also have 12 individual meeting rooms, some of which can be combined. “A fun fact is that the names we selected for all of [the rooms] are related to the history of Sioux Falls,” said Ralinova.
For those staying longer, attached to the Canopy Hilton Sioux Falls Downtown are The District Lofts and The Steel District Condos . “The District Lofts offer studios and one and two bedroom apartments in the best location downtown,” said property manager for The District Lofts Megan Pederson . Options for condos include the top floor single-story condos or the ground floor two-story condos. The latter has direct
views of the riverfront and greenway with easy access to nature. “[Guests and residents] can jump on the bike trail or walk downtown or to Falls Park,” said Ralinova. “Being adjacent to Jacobson Plaza provides options for our guests and visitors to visit the all-inclusive play park, splash pad, ice skating ribbon, or take their dog to the dog park.” The Sioux Falls Parks and Recreation aims to open the Jacobson Plaza this year.
