CULTURE + ENTERTAINMENT

Another outdoor amenity for guests and residents is Lloyd Landing , which sits along Falls Park. The gifted plaza by Lloyd Companies will be a multipurpose synthetic turf lawn that will accommodate a dog park, outdoor seating and activities, food trucks, public art, live music, and more. Local shopping is also available at The Steel District with Pasque Boutique and the Washington Pavilion’s Alcove —a curated shop with rotating eclectic inventory and art exhibits. While The Steel District is open and buzzing, the warmer months will also allow for many more guests with a plethora of outdoor patios. Many of the development’s views also include the Levitt at The Falls amphitheater, giving the ability to view an entire show without having to leave the property. This all could not have happened without the people behind the project, says Ralinova. “Hundreds of people have been involved in this development, and all of them had such an impact on what we now have at The Steel District,” she said. “It is something you put all your heart, time, and dedication into and you see it coming to life. So rewarding!” FOR MORE INFORMATION, VISIT THESTEELDISTRICT. COM+
