ABOUT US

East Rock Brewing Company was founded in 2018 by Tim and Shaun Wilson, two brothers who share extensive experience in beverage and chemical manufacturing operations. We are one of a few breweries in New England that specialize in contract brewing services for mid-sized customers who regularly produce 30-60 BBL batches. We currently are home to over 10 contract partners who produce a variety of beer styles ranging from IPAs to lagers and sour beer. We also produce our own portfolio of European-inspired beer under the East Rock Brewing Company brand name. The company is now seeking new customers interested in brewing in 30-60 BBL batch sizes beginning in 2025. We pride ourselves on full-service and high-quality contract manufacturing encompassing recipe design, production, packaging, warehousing, and logistics.

LEADERSHIP

Tim is an industry veteran with over 15 years of experience in various capacities at high- volume production breweries in Massachusetts and Connecticut.
