Golf Cart Safety Reminders:

A CALL FOR COOPERATION - Many communities enforce traffic fines, but Tonto Verde prefers voluntary compliance. Ensuring a safe community relies on all residents, guests, and vendors following traffic rules. Let’s all do our part to keep Tonto Verde safe! TVA ANNUAL MEETING - Please make note of the Tonto Verde Association's Annual Meeting, a significant event in our community calendar: Date: Tuesday, March 24, 2025, Time: 3:00 PM Location: Community Church of the Verdes We invite you to join us for a complimentary reception at the Clubhouse immediately following the meeting. In the spirit of community participation, ballots for the Board of Directors will be mailed to each Lot owner by the end of February. You can cast your vote in one of three ways: Drivers must be at least 16 years old. Seat belts should be worn if available. No passengers on laps or standing while in motion. Follow nighttime driving rules—use headlights, taillights, and reflectors. No driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Avoid distractions like mobile devices while operating a golf cart.

Dropping off a paper ballot in the official ballot box located in the Clubhouse lobby, starting March 3, 2024. 3. Remember, to ensure your vote is counted, official ballots must be received by 3:00 PM on March 24, 2025. Thank you for being an integral part of our vibrant community.
