FEATURE CITB’S EMPLOYER NETWORKS

D esigned to simplify access to training and funding, CITB’s Employer Networks (ENs) cover training that supports employers. These could be skills you need right now or in the future such as net zero, digital skills or mentoring. ENs are funded by CITB with a 70 per cent subsidy. All CITB-registered employers who are up to date with levy payments or are exempt can participate, with no cost to join. ENs provide multiple benefits: ● helping you to organise your training without completing any paperwork to apply for funding ● simplifying the process for businesses to obtain training ● giving you control over the funds, choosing which training is best and how you allocate funds to each requirement. Why should you choose ENs? Unlike traditional CITB grants and funding routes, ENs offer a faster and more flexible approach.
