I t was with great sadness that the CW family lost one of our team, Kori DeVoe, in January this year. Kori was a beloved and popular member of our team, working for several years in our La Cheeserie, and was known for her Boston accent, her smile, and her energy. Kori took customer service personally, forging relationships with many of "her" customers. She was also an integral part of our many tasting events, bringing her expertise and buoyant personality that livened every occasion. Three of Kori's children have worked at CW through the years, one of them, her son Jeff, is still on the team. Kori was a special person and the grief we feel with her passing is a testament to her and the price we all pay to have known such a special person who lived a life so well and touched so many people. Rest in peace Kori.
A t CW, we are fortunate to have so many long-standing relationships with our team members. Four of our employees have been with us for over 40 years, including three that have been here since we opened in July 1982! We also have two who have been with us for over 30 years and another five who have been here for 20 or more years. The dedication and energy of our long-term staff, along with our newer team members, reflect our commitment to taking care of them as they passionately take care of you, our customers.
