● Trash is collected daily, so please put out trash bags as soon as they are full. ● Please do not wheel bins to the curb; the valet trash service will pick up directly from the side of your house. ● All Trash must be bagged, tied and placed inside the trash bin near the front door ● No loose trash in bin (loose trash will not be picked up) ● Trash that cannot fit inside the bin should be taken to the dumpster near the clubhouse Parking Vehicles should not obstruct sidewalks. Parking on the grass isn’t allowed. Please be sure to overflow parking lots located on Marker Ave, Pendant, Fairfax, and Auburn. Self-parking is permitted in areas identified as such.
