● Trash is picked up daily. ● Place trash in bin before 11am for pick up the same day ● Secure all garbage inside standard 13-gallon kitchen trash bags and place in the trash bins located on the side of the house. ● No loose trash in bin (loose trash will not be picked up) ● Trash that cannot fit inside the bin should be taken to the dumpster near the clubhouse Parking Don’t get towed! Parking limits are strictly enforced. Two cars per driveway or in designated parking areas. Check at the clubhouse for more information. Never park on the grass or block traffic!
