The sales-to-listing ratio for condos in the Fraser Valley board area, at 16%, reflected a balanced market. The condo median price in August was $529,900, a 0.9% increase from July and 1.9% below August 2023. The average sold price was $547,850, 1.0% above last month; the average PSF sale price was $652, down 0.7% to last month.
