The sales-to-listing ratio for townhomes in Surrey, at 17%, reflected a balanced market. The townhome median price in August was $838,750, a 1.0% decrease from July and 0.9% below August 2023. The average sold price was $867,137, 0.9% below last month; the average PSF sale price was $546, down 1.2% to last month.
