It is the national drink of several nations, including China and India, and is an integral component of religious ceremonies the world over. In addition to these instant benefits, tea can also help improve a person’s long-term health through regular consumption. I just got done moving some bricks the other day with no problem. I have some things I can do at home to keep my knee in good shape. I just want to say thanks to Amanda for taking good care of me and thanks to everyone at Kinetic.” –Bob Gliszczynski
