TOOL #5: KNOW WHAT THE BIBLE TEACHES
There are more than 350 topics mentioned in the Bible. However, there are 16
MAJOR topics which are important to understand. It is important to
understand these 16 topics because they help you develop your faith on a firm
biblical foundation. Often, these 16 topics are described as ‘sound doctrine’.
The word ‘doctrine’ simply means strong, healthy teaching.
Correct doctrine is essential for building a mature spiritual life. Correct
doctrine provides a biblical worldview about what is REALITY. Without a solid
grasp on reality, it is not possible to know the way that is needed to live a life
that has purpose, fulfillment, and a clear focus.
