FBA Annual Meeting Underway This Week In Key Largo, FL

The Fibre Box Association (FBA) is holding its 2024 Annual Meeting this week through May 8 at the Ocean Reef Club in Key Largo, Florida. Event highlights include a State of the Corrugated In- dustry keynote presentation by Christian Fischer, Presi- dent & CEO of Georgia-Pacific, and the FBA Safety Innova- tion Award presentation. Jason Stein of Flat Six Media will present the End Use Segment Series: Automotive, and Scott Rasmussen, Co-Founder of ESPN & Rasmussen Reports, will share his analysis on the 2024 national election. Rasmussen is rec- ognized as one of the world’s leading public opinion poll- sters and top political analysts. Other event highlights include Bob McIlvaine, Presi- dent & CEO, who will present an FBA Association update. FBA’s Rachel Kenyon will share news on the Corrugated Industry Promotion Program. Terry Webber of the AF&PA will talk about EPR, Regulations and Recycling. The customer presentation will be delivered by Walmart’s Jim Thomson, Director of Packaging Product Development. Thomson will share Walmart’s approach to packaging and provide an overview and update on the company’s four-year plan to automate distribution centers across the country.
