Fun Facts: 1.The Front Desk averages about 120 calls per day. 2.The Front Desk Associates are all college students studying various degrees. 3.Front Desk associates create a great first impression for members and their guests and know the club inside and out, from operating hours and events to where everything is located - human GPS. Big thanks to our Front Desk Department for being the welcoming face of the club and keeping everything running smoothly day in and day out. Your professionalism and positivity make a lasting first impression on our members and guests, we couldn’t do it without you!

Recipe of the Month! Honey-Glazed Chicken with Roasted Winter Vegetables

Warm up this January with a comforting honey- glazed chicken paired with hearty roasted winter vegetables! This cozy, sweet-and-savory dish is perfect for chilly evenings and easy weeknight dinners, bringing seasonal flavors to the table the whole family will love.

Recipe of the Month!

Ingredients:

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts 2 tbsp olive oil 2 tbsp honey 1 tbsp Dijon mustard 1 tsp garlic powder Salt & pepper, to taste 2 cups Brussels sprouts, halved 2 carrots, sliced

1 small red onion, chopped 1 tsp fresh thyme or rosemary

Recipe of the Month!

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). 2. In a small bowl, mix honey, Dijon, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Brush over chicken breasts. 3. Toss vegetables with olive oil, thyme, salt, and pepper. Spread on a baking sheet. 4. Place chicken on the same sheet or separate sheet and roast 25–30 minutes, until chicken is cooked through and vegetables are tender. 5. Optional: Drizzle any leftover honey glaze over vegetables before serving.
