Over the years, Edinburgh has been called ‘Auld Reekie’ by some, and both ‘the Athens of the North’ and ‘the Reykjavík of the South’ by others. Here at Castle Fine Art, we’re simply proud to call it home. Nestled within the city’s luxury shopping district, Multrees Walk , our gallery has introduced the very best in contemporary fine art to Edinburgh for more than ten years. In November 2020, we relocated to a larger unit and increased the team head count, continuing our investment in the local area. The new gallery boasts two floors of light and bright exhibition space, high ceilings and wooden floors set against a backdrop of our signature brand style of bold colours, metallic design features and rich textures. The perfect space to showcase our superb range of limited edition and original artworks!
We talked to our Group Managing Director, Ian Weatherby-Blythe, about the reasons behind this investment. He told us: “It’s no secret that the pandemic has hit the high street hard this year with many long-established brands being forced to close, so we are rightly proud to be bringing some good news to the sector – especially as we’re currently celebrating our 25th year in business.
