Hearing from professionals working in AI can inspire students and give them a clearer understanding of what studying AI entails. Counselors can also consider rec- ommending additional programs to students once they begin their college studies. At AI4ALL, we work
have completed an AI4ALL program to date, and many have gone on to achieve success in AI roles. Ultimately, diversifying the AI tal- ent pool is not just a matter of equity — it’s essential for creating a safer, more inclusive future. Collaboration is key. The responsibility for shaping AI’s future rests on a collective effort, and that includes the work of educa- tors and counselors of today’s young people.
