Every sport requires athletes to learn a specific set of mechanics. While even simple sports like ping pong involve a lot of technique, they pale in comparison to the complex mechanics of a golf swing. If you’ve ever been to a swing coach or taken lessons from a pro, you know that any number of issues could cause you to slice or hook your shots.
