Our Story At NAI American Realty, we welcome Steven Harvey as our new owner, continuing our legacy of excellence in commercial real estate. After an extensive search for the right successor, Jerry Brewer found the ideal person to lead our brokerage. In January 2025, Steven officially acquired the company, ushering in a new era while maintaining our commitment to top-tier service. As a licensed broker in both Texas and Arkansas, Steven brings 13 years of real estate experience and over 20 years in commercial construction. His vision has always been to integrate commercial construction with real estate services, and as the new owner, he plans to assist clients with build-to-suit projects, development, and tenant finish-outs. He will also continue his work with ML James Construction in project development, ensuring clients have access to a seamless combination of real estate and construction expertise.
Our Difference Jerry Brewer, who has been licensed for over 53 years, will remain with NAI American Realty as an associate broker, focusing on real estate sales while also expanding into selling tourist destination properties across the country and internationally through NAI’s global network.
