Our Story At Professional Hearing Services we have been committed to providing high quality hearing healthcare to Texarkana for over 25 years. Founded in 1999, we have grown our practice to meet more needs of our community by adding 2 doctors of Audiology, Dr. Kelly Pack and more recently Dr. Stephanie Winfield. In doing so, we have been able to expand our practice to much more than just hearing tests and hearing aids. Since all our providers have a doctorate level education, we are able to provide cochlear implant evaluation and programming, tinnitus treatment and retraining and Dr. Pack’s passion, hearing conservation and hearing protection. Our Difference Nobody ever really wants to wear a hearing aid. What they want is to be able
to communicate again with their loved ones, join in on the conversations, and easily participate in things they used to love to do. Our mission is simple, and that is to provide a hearing solution that is easy to use and accurately fit because a hearing aid is no good if it ends up in the bottom of a junk drawer. By utilizing the latest technology, such as Real Ear Measurements, we can place microphones near your eardrum to precisely measure how the hearing aid is performing inside your ear canal. This eliminates all guesswork from the fitting process and ensures a proper fit, leaving you with crisp, clear sound. This technology not only helps you adapt more quickly to the devices but also reduces the amount of time you spend on return visits, allowing you to get back to doing the things you love—which is ultimately what life is all about!
