G ates Preschool is a vibrant Jewish early childhood education center dedicated to nurturing young learners in a warm, inclusive, and community-driven environment. Our preschool fosters a love of learning, kindness, and creativity in every child. Our team of passionate educators is the heart of Gates Preschool. They bring expertise, enthusiasm, and care to the classroom, tailoring their teaching to meet the unique needs of each child while creating a safe and nurturing space for exploration and growth. Together, we celebrate the joy of learning and the importance of building a strong foundation for every child’s future. At Gates Preschool, we believe in the power of community. Families are an integral part of our program, and we work closely with them to ensure every child thrives academically, socially, and
responsibility in our students. What is special about New Orleans to Gates Preschool? New Orleans is more than just the city where Gates Preschool is located—it’s an integral part of who we are as a community. The vibrant culture, rich traditions, and deep sense of togetherness that define New Orleans inspire us daily. As a Jewish preschool, we draw parallels between the city’s unique ability to bring people together and our own mission to foster connection and belonging. Like New Orleans, we celebrate diversity, honor traditions, and embrace the joy of coming together to create meaningful experiences. What products/services do you offer? At Gates Preschool, we provide a comprehensive early childhood education program designed to nurture the whole child—academically, socially,
emotionally. From Shabbat celebrations to hands-on learning experiences, we are proud to be a place where children and families feel a true sense of belonging. How is Gates Preschool involved in our community? At Gates Preschool, community is at the core of everything we do. As a Jewish preschool, we embrace and celebrate traditions that bring people together, such as Shabbat, holiday celebrations, and community projects. These activities not only enrich our students’ lives but also provide opportunities for families to connect with one another and deepen their ties to our shared heritage. We are also passionate about giving back to the broader community. Through tzedakah (acts of charity), we teach our children the importance of kindness and helping others. Whether it’s collecting food for local food banks, participating in community service projects, or organizing donation drives, we strive to instill the values of compassion and
emotionally, and spiritually. For more information, visit gatesofprayer.org.
