If your client has held both a SSN and ITIN, use the SSN.

Ethos Term – Choice
If your client has both a valid, eligible visa and an EAD, use the visa.
Ethos Protection IUL
Spouses of working professionals, students
Clients using an EAD must meet the following conditions:

DACA recipients, clients changing visas, asylum seekers
No intention to travel outside the US within two years of the issue date. Must have lived in the US for a minimum of 18 months. Under regular US-based medical care, and have visited their physician in the last 18 months.
ITIN only
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
