Gracie United Baton Rouge is a family-friendly gym, offering Brazilian Jiu Jitsu for ages four and up, Gi and No Gi, and kickboxing. What are the benefits of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu for both children and adults? Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is a martial art for everyone. It’s a great opportunity for children looking to build self-confidence and learn self-defense skills, as well as adults seeking an enjoyable way to achieve their fitness goals. How do you like to stay involved with the community? We offer free women’s self-defense classes, as well as giving back with Christmas toy drives. What do you love most about serving Baton Rouge? We have a strong love for everything Baton Rouge has to offer. From the best food, festivals, and live music to the thrilling atmosphere at Tiger Stadium, this town has brought many wonderful memories and people into our lives and gym. We have formed lifelong friendships with families throughout Baton Rouge.
