PERSON SPECIFICATION • Experience of leading capital projects in the £0.25m to £10m range in a lead project manager role. Experience of managing a portfolio of projects concurrently. • Experience of leading the commercial aspects of capital projects, with proven construction contract knowledge and experience of procurement and supplier management. • Significant prior experience of masterplanning, development management and capital project budget development. • Advanced skills in project management, able to oversee multiple projects with the ability to prioritise as necessary. • A solution-focused approach, the ability to make objective decisions under pressure, and structured, evidence-based decision making • Excellent communication skills and proven ability to work collaboratively with senior colleagues and teams across various disciplines and locations, able to influence, engage and constructively challenge at the strategic level • Proven ability to lead senior colleagues and teams across various disciplines and locations, able to influence, engage and constructively challenge at the strategic level • Relevant professional attainment in a built environment subject such as architecture, planning, surveying, engineering or construction project management discipline.
