IZLOŽBA / EXHIBITION DAS UNTERE LICHT / Unutrašnje svetlo DAS UNTERE LICHT / The light from below
Ekspre- sivno slikarstvo kroz upotrebu di- gitalnog foto-aparata sa različitim izvorima svetla stvara subjektivno duhovne slike pune svetlosnih obr- ta i alegorija. Jan Miko, slikar, i njego- va industrijska apstrakcija daju no- ve dimenzije slikarstvu. „Das Unte- re Light“ u galeriji „Kula Art hub“ traje do 17. maja.
The exhibition Das Untere Licht / The Light From Below, inspired by light and its many forms, will be presented to the Belgrade public from 10 th to 17 th May at the Kula Cetinjska art centre. The ex- hibition encompasses photographs, paintings and sculptures created by three friends, collaborators and artists from Prague - Antonín Malý, Jan Miko and Kuba Tauš. Das Untere Licht repre- sents their collective vision, providing the audience with insight into the hid- den depths of the human soul. Photographer Antonín Malý Jr. presents his work on two levels. Through the use of a digital camera with different light sources, expressive painting cre- ates subjectively spiritual images filled with light twists and allegories. The in- dustrial abstraction of painter Jan Miko gives new dimensions to painting. His works contain special magnetic sand, fluorescent colours that glow in the dark and gold dust. Kuba Tauš trans- forms old objects into new ones, there- by bringing new light to the world. His part of the exhibition consists of lights, sculptures and spatial installations. Das Untere Licht runs at Belgrade’s Kula Art Hub gallery until 17 th May.
