When the star players shine, the whole team shines.” The men are more than happy to direct a customer at a festival in the direction of a brewer that may specialize in beers with a sour or fruity flavour and are confident that other brewers will in turn point customers who prefer a darker, more traditional offering in the direction of the Omen Brewing booth.

The Oswalds love participating in events around Alberta and invite you to stop by and say hi anytime. They will also be at the Freeze Your Cask Off event at Richie Hall in Edmonton on February 22, 2020 and the Craft at the Cabin event on February 27, 2020. The brewery currently has a 10 BBL brew house with six 10BBL uni-tanks that allow them to make high quality and well-balanced beer often enough to keep it fresh and great tasting but have plans to increase capacity. They also have plans to move toward

canning in the future and automating processes so that they can spend less time manufacturing manually. They tease about having a few surpris- es up their sleeves, so be sure to check them out on social media (@omenbrewingyeg) for the latest news. The Oswalds are pumped that they are crushing it in the craft beer scene. Rhys says, “We really love seeing our regulars enjoy our beer as well as new converts who told us they ‘don’t like dark beer’ but leave with a few Growler or Howler fills.” Moreover, the brewery is not just being recog - nized by their patrons but has also been rated the third top brewery in Edmonton on untappd, so maybe they are using the dark force. They also boast a 4.9-star rating on Google. In addition to these accolades, they won a bronze medal at
