Keller Williams Flagship of Maryland Signs 24,000 SF Lease at 231 Najoles Road Keller Williams Realty, Flagship of Maryland, the local affiliate of the largest real estate franchisee in the country by agent count, has signed a new lease with St. John Properties, Inc. for nearly 24,000 square feet of space within 231 Najoles Road at the I-97 Business Park in Anne Arundel County. Keller Williams is occupying portions of the first and second floor and recently moved into its new space. “We consider 231 Najoles Road an iconic and landmark office building in Anne Arundel County, with its stature reflecting the high level of standards, professionalism and integrity that match the mission of our agency,” stated Wendy Hess, team leader and CEO for Keller Williams Realty, Flagship of Maryland. “Attracting Keller Williams is the perfect kick-off to our leasing activity at 231 Najoles Road, given the company’s tremendous reputation and name recognition in the Maryland area, coupled with the high volume of professionals that will regularly access the building,” explained Richard Williamson, Senior Vice President of Leasing and Marketing for St. John Properties. CIS Signs 65,000 SF Lease at Ashburn Crossing CIS Secure Computing, Inc. has signed a lease with St. John Properties, Inc. for 65,000 square feet of space within

Baltimore Coffee and Tea Company to Open Three New Sites in St. John Properties Projects

Baltimore Coffee and Tea Company has revealed plans to expand its bricks-and- mortar presence in the Baltimore- Washington, D.C., metropolitan region with the selection of three sites devel- oped and owned by St. John Properties, Inc. The Timonium-headquartered group, recognized for its 120 varieties of coffees and Eastern Shore Tea Company brand, currently operates seven retail locations throughout Baltimore City, as well as Anne Arundel, Baltimore, Howard and Frederick counties. The first location is expected to open in January within 6210 Guardian Gateway at The Government and Technology Enterprise (The GATE), a 416-acre office

park located within Aberdeen Proving Ground (APG) in Harford County. Opening in the first quarter of 2018 is a first-floor restaurant within 231 Najoles Road at the I-97 Business Park in Anne Arundel County. Baltimore Coffee and Tea Company will join Keller Williams Flagship of Maryland, which recently took occu- pancy within the five-story, 126,500-square- foot Class A office building. Also opening in first quarter 2018 is a loca- tion within the retail component of Annapolis Junction Town Center, a mixed- use Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) situated adjacent to the Savage MARC Train Station in Howard County.
