The Boomerang Charity Cricket Day wouldn’t be possible without the incredible team effort that goes on behind the scenes. From development and finance to project coordination, every corner of Boomerang plays a role in making this day a success. We’re also lucky to have some brilliant partners who support us year after year, a big thank you to Danny Grimshaw and Kelsey Chard at DG Creative Media, Ben Gallacher at Legacy AV and of course Walton Cricket Club for being such a fantastic host. A big thank you to Harry and Chappy, the unsung heroes of Walton Cricket Club. They’ve worked their magic once again to get the ground looking spot on for today’s match, just like they did last year. Week in, week out, they give up their time to prepare one of the best wickets around, and without them, none of this would happen.
A special shout-out to Laura Shreeve, who somehow manages to juggle breakfast, Cricket Teas and still smile through it all. And to the many others who chip in, there are far too many to name individually, but please know we are massively grateful. This day wouldn’t be what it is without you.
