NEW! ACT Workshop

FREE

How can K12 educators help learners navigate their post-secondary options? San Bernardino County educators are invited to participate in a three-hour workshop that offers resources and frameworks to help students plan and prepare for their college and career choices. ACT College and Career Readiness Workshops are a chance for K12 leaders in counseling, administration, assessment and curriculum development, and education to learn and collaborate on the latest trends in college and career readiness. We will address how to acquire and use tools to help visualize and use college readiness data as well as how we can help students that are not taking AP tests validate their academic skills through workforce credentials and badges. In addition to participants being eligible to receive continuation NBCC education credits, attendees will be provided with no-cost strategies and resources that enhance career exploration programs and promote a college-minded school culture.
