SHOES
MALE
Shoes must always be well polished, in good condition and match with color of trousers.
Plain dark colored socks for male colleagues (brown, black, dark grey or dark blue) with uniform shoes, depends on color of trousers.
GENERAL GROOMING APPEARANCE
Open toed shoes or slip-on sandals are not allowed except for male colleagues wearing dishdashas.
FEMALE
UNIFORMED COLLEAGUES
Shoes must always be well polished, in good condition and match with color of the outfit.
Female staff must wear nylon stockings or cotton socks with uniformed shoes if the weather permits. Color of stockings / socks can be nude (skin), black or brown only.
Open toed shoes are not allowed for Front of House Colleagues.
For themed concept areas i.e., Spa, F & B outlets/bars staff may wear shoes that would match the theme of the restaurant.
When babysitting, black flat slip-ons are permitted. Shoes with heels are not permitted.
