NAME TAGS AND MANAGEMENT PINS All Management colleagues (M1-M6) are required to wear the Shangri-La management pin on the left label of the jacket during any formal event. Jackets are not worn during the day, unless it is for official purposes. Name tags must be clean, unscratched and properly worn at all times on the left side of the uniform. The only exception is when it is a hazard to safety or when the security colleagues are carrying undercover duties.
For any official activity outside the hotel, non- uniformed management colleagues should only wear the Management pin. Any non-official activity does not require nametags and management pins.
The name tag is not required for L1 colleagues and BOH L2 colleagues (not facing the guest).
