The ‘villages’ have been built around treed piazzas which, in keeping with Steyn City’s green ethos, have been planted with trees and shrubs all grown from seeds within its on-site nursery. On completion, the city’s piazzas will be lined with several bespoke retailers and restaurants. The de- velopment also includes 11 luxurious penthouses, all measuring on average 439 m 2 with features including private lift lobbies, glass garages, and private plunge pools.
