Fusion Tech Product Collection Tables are designed to catch product coming off of a conveyor to prep before entering a slicer or other further processing operation. Our Product Collection Tables feature 5.50” raised sides at a 107° angle around the table top to keep product from falling off when exiting the conveyor onto the table. It comes in two standard sizes: 65” x 37” rectangle and 37” x 37” square and can be manufactured with either casters or foot pads. Constructed of high grade stainless steel with 100% TIG welds, our Prod- uct Collection Tables exceed all AMI Sanitary Design requirements for use in a food processing facility and are durable enough to withstand the most demanding environments.
