PRODUCT PREPTABLES
The Fusion Tech Product Prep Table was designed for use in our Tempered Block Breaker system— providing a work station for employees to remove tempered meat trim blocks from a bag and align them to push into the Tempered Block Breaker. The product prep table features two sizes of side guards — larger guards around the opening to the Tempered Block Breaker gating to guide prod- uct easily into the machine, and shorter guards along the side to keep product on the table. The open framework reduces the risk of bacteria harboring points to keep your product safe.
Product prep tables can be custom designed to meet the needs of your specific application.

Table Top Stainless steel table top comes with a number of options, includ- ing: all sides up, all sides down, mix of sides up and down, bead blast finish, 2B finish, DA finish.
Table Side Guards The product prep table features two sizes of side guards — larger guards around the opening to the Tempered Block Breaker gating to guide product easily into the machine, and shorter guards along the side to keep product on the table.
Table Mounting Choose between adjustable foot- pads, locking casters for mobility, or mounted directly to a platform.
