Yes - an out of hours team is available on site • Room cleaning: Room will be cleaned and will have a change of bed linen and towels every 2 weeks (excluding Summer) if a booking is longer than a 2 week stay. Communal areas will receive a weekly light clean, which consists of the cleaning of the floors and worktops in the kitchen area. This does not include tidying up, taking out rubbish / bins, washing the dishes, cleaning the fridge or oven. The overall cleanliness of the kitchen is the responsibility of the students. • Availability: Over 18’s only – available from 28/06/2025 to 15/08/2026. Under 18’s available for Summer from 04/07/2026 to 22/08/2026 • Minimum number of weeks: One week • Check-in and check-out times: Check in is from 15:00 on a Saturday and anytime on a Sunday.
