Waterland Eilat - the most talked about water park in Israel Get ready for an experience like no other in Israel, with an investment of over 110 million NIS, the spectacular water park in Eilat, Waterland, has finally opened. The park is spread over a huge area of 20 dunams, on the ruins of the legendary movie city “Texas Ranch”. In the park you will find a huge variety of slides full of adrenaline, with spectacular technological effects, pools and facilities and a -24 meter-high slide tower - the highest in the Middle East. In addition, the park has a large and colorful children’s complex, with facilities for toddlers and adult children, with wet experience facilities, a computerized wave pool, alongside food complexes and bars, an amphitheater and a huge stage for performances. The initiators of the project, Ofer Glazer and Ran Eckstein, have bring to Israel the most advanced facilities in the world in the field of water parks - here is a glimpse of what awaits you there:
Tower number 1 - for adrenaline junkies: For the brave - the KAMIKAZE-X slides: extreme slides that descend from a height of 24 meters (like an 8 levels building). The slides are steep and fast and surfers are guaranteed an accelerated heart rate and lots of excitement. For the competitive - RACE WATERLAND complex: a complex of fast, fun and competitive race slides. Here there will also be competitions between the surfers on 4 separate tracks, for the title of park champion, combined with unique measuring clocks that will measure the speed and surfing times of the competitors and these will be displayed on a large LED screen. For gamers - the IT-SNAKE slide: a particularly challenging slide that combines reaction speed with an exciting gaming experience, requiring quick thinking and agility to score points while sliding fast. For the nostalgic - the DOWN 4 FUN slide: a nostalgic, winding and fast slide Tower number 2 - for the adventure lovers: Crazy effects - the SLIDE STORY 3D slide, which is the first experience of its kind in Israel: experience surfing through surprising VR, projected inside the slide, in total darkness, on top of water mists with innovative 3 D technology combined with unique sound and lighting effects, which explode and make the surfers jump. The party slide - the BOOGIE S’LET slide: a happy and bold party slide, with bouncy music that accompanies the surfers, combined with spectacular effects and sound. Light show - SLIDE&LIGHT slide: A light slide that presents a colorful, twisting and magical show with spectacular and pulsating beauty effects that give the surfers an emotional experience while surfing.
Tower Number 3 – for tubes’ lovers: IT SPEED slides: tube slides where you can surf on a tube for a single surfer or on a double tube. Fast and entertaining slides, a nostalgic and joyful experience. The wave pool and the Children’s World complex are also waiting for you near tower number 3 , which was carefully planned and designed in order to give the little ones a fun, challenging, developing and safe experience. In the kid’s world, there are 8 water slides of different levels, adapted to the different ages, as well as experience facilities, including a water piano for fun playing with your feet, a bucket challenge game, water exercise bikes, “rose leaf” swings, a giant flipping water bucket, a water game table, splashing mushrooms, palm trees and water splashing arches and more. There is also a colliding tube pool, where the children can drive the tube using an electric motor and using a water cannon located on the wheel of the tube to spray water on each other. Prefer to spend time in the hotel during the day? No problem! In the summer and holidays the park will also be open at night. All its facilities will operate and be illuminated with spectacular lighting that has not been seen before. A shuttle system will soon begin from the hotels to the park and back, and digital wristbands will be used as a means of payment for maximum convenience. The bracelets will allow passage between the different complexes and will be used as a rechargeable electronic wallet, with which you can pay at all the park stations - in all the food complexes, rent lockers, purchase souvenirs and more.
