B ENSALEM, PA — For Delaware Valley based builder and developer Alfred “Fred” Hagen of Ha- gen Construction, Inc. the opening of new buildings is pretty routine, as he juggles up to 60 multi-million dollar projects stretching from this region to Alaska. But the Grand Opening event November 6th of a sprawling new headquarters and com - mercial services complex at 3300 State Rd. in Bensalem is a little different. MAREJ Tryko acquires skilled nursing/ assisted living facility in NJ ALLENDALE , NJ — Tryko Partners has expand - ed its northern New Jersey skilled nursing and assisted living real estate portfolio with the acquisition of The Al - lendale Community for Senior Living in Allendale. Located at 85 Harreton Rd., the 299-bed facility had been family owned for more than 50 years. “The acquisition of this out - standing asset enables us to add significant scope to our real estate investment pres - ence in the sought-after north - ern New Jersey market,” said Tryko’s Uri Kahanow , direc - tor of acquisitions. “Allendale is a well-respected, legacy- owned property – one poised to remain a regional market leader. The sale process was highly amicable and enjoyable, thanks to the Giancarlo fam - ily, which built this property in the late 1960s and has a sterling reputation in the industry. We look forward to supporting Allendale’s next chapter.” The two-story, 146,000 s/f Allendale Community for Se - nior Living building includes three sections: Allendale Nursing Home (skilled nurs - ing), Carlton Court (memory care) and The Atrium (as - sisted living). The facility’s primary referral source for short-term residents is The Valley Hospital in Ridgewood.
