 Certain Litigation Matters  Certain Real Estate/Contract Negotiations  Certain Collective Bargaining Matters  Evaluating qualifications of applicants for public employment or reviewing performance of public employees.  All exceptions narrowly construed in favor of transparency—no general “personnel matters” exception.  Final action regarding President’s appointment and salary must be taken in open session.
